- Can I visit before I decide anything?
- Yes — and you should. We would rather you saw the room, watched the routine and met the educators than took our word for any of it. Book a visit and bring your child with you.
- How do you decide which program my child goes into?
- Age band first, readiness second. Toddler Education broadly covers ages 1–2.5 and Preschool & School Readiness ages 3–5, but a child who is not ready will not be pushed up, and a child who is ready will not be held back. Play-Based Learning & Development Activities run across every age band.
- What if there is no space right now?
- We will say so plainly rather than string you along, and offer you a place on the waiting list with an honest sense of the timeline. Ontario has committed to creating 86,000 new licensed spaces by 31 December 2026, but demand is real: half of parents report difficulty finding care.
- Can I change my plan later?
- Yes. Families move between part-time and full-time as jobs and schedules change, and add a readiness package or workshop sessions when the time comes. Talk to us and we will re-issue the plan.
- Do I have to consent to photos of my child?
- No. Photo and media consent is entirely separate and entirely optional. You can decline it, and you can withdraw it later, without it affecting your child’s place or program in any way. See our privacy policy.
- My child speaks another language at home. Is that a problem?
- The opposite. We are an inclusive centre and we welcome newcomer and multilingual families — a strong home language supports, rather than competes with, a child’s English development.
